Terms of use
Last updated: 2026-08-16
1. The service
MOOW is a Danish training, health and challenge app. By creating an account you agree to these terms. Read them together with our privacy policy.
2. Account
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- You are responsible for your password and for activity on your account.
- You confirm the information you submit is correct and that you have the right to upload any photo you send to the meal-scan flow.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not abuse, harass or impersonate other users in groups.
- Do not upload content that is illegal, that infringes copyright, or that contains other people without their consent.
- Do not try to circumvent the service's security, scrape it, or use it to build a competing product.
- We can suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Health and medical disclaimer
MOOW is not a medical device. Calorie estimates, step counts, AI meal recognition and recommendations in the app are best-effort and may be inaccurate. Nothing in MOOW is medical advice. Talk to a healthcare professional before making significant changes to your training or diet, especially if you have a medical condition.
5. Your data
How we store, use and protect your data is described in the privacy policy. In short: we store your health and meal data, we never sell or share it with third parties for marketing, and we use inputs such as meal photos, barcodes and confirmed ingredients to improve the platform's recognition and shared ingredient database.
6. Content you contribute
You keep ownership of your meal logs, photos and ingredient submissions. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host them, show them back to you (and to your groups for opted-in challenges), and to use de-identified content to improve the service. You can delete content and your account at any time.
7. Changes to the service
Features evolve. We may add, change or retire parts of MOOW. If a change materially reduces functionality you rely on, we will tell you in advance where reasonable.
8. Liability
MOOW is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by Danish law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.
9. Law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are handled by the courts of Denmark.
